Senior Knowledge Manager
£65,000 to £85,000 basic salary per annum plus an excellent benefits package including bonus, pension, 25 days holiday (can buy up to 10 additional days), two wellness days, healthcare, life insurance, income protection, hybrid working (two days on site), and more.
Our client, a leading UK law firm ranked as one of the best companies to work for in the country, is seeking a Senior Knowledge Manager to establish and develop a modern Knowledge Management function across the firm.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a firm-wide Knowledge Management transformation, moving the business from fragmented knowledge practices towards a consistent, technology-enabled approach. The Senior Knowledge Manager will lead the Knowledge Management strategy from discovery through to implementation and adoption, covering legal know-how, precedents, templates, governance, search and knowledge sharing.
Working closely with Partners, Practice Groups, Knowledge Lawyers, IT, Data, AI and Innovation teams, the Senior Knowledge Manager will help shape how knowledge is captured, maintained, found and reused across the firm.
Essential skills:

Strong Knowledge Management experience within a law firm or professional services environment

Experience delivering Knowledge Management projects or transformation

Good understanding of legal knowledge, precedents and know-how

Experience working with knowledge systems, document management and/or enterprise search

Strong stakeholder management and change management skills
Experience with iManage / Insight+, Knowledge Lawyers / PSLs, metadata, governance, Legal Tech or AI would be advantageous but is not essential.
