IT Systems Engineer

£36,000 to £42,000 basic salary per annum plus benefits including an excellent overtime scheme (typically worth around 25% of salary), 25 days holiday, hybrid working, pension and excellent training and development opportunities.

My client, a well-established IT support and solutions provider based near Amersham, is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join their hugely successful team on a permanent basis. The organisation is extremely well-reputed and has a strong customer base and track record - this is a great opportunity for an IT Systems Engineer to join a leading company that will invest heavily in your professional growth and development.

The successful IT Systems Engineer will split their time between the office and working from home (roughly 50/50 but negotiable) and will occasionally travel to customer sites. The IT Systems Engineer will get involved in both support and project work across all areas of IT infrastructure.

Essential Skills:
- In-depth server knowledge (proven experience building physical servers from scratch)
- Significant IT support experience
- Driving licence and access to a car
- Excellent communication skills
- Active Directory
